Farmers from remote hill regions deliver produce to client-operated storage and processing facilities.The platform manages large-scale farmer onboarding, produce tracking, and gate operations efficiently.This enables seamless movement of produce from smallholder farms to markets while ensuring transparency and operational control.
End-to-end digital onboarding with personal, land, and document capture. Guest user flow enables pre-registration before vendor code issuance. Offline-capable with auto-sync.
Backend dashboard enables operators to review field photographs and uploaded documents digitally. Approval or rejection triggers an SMS notification to the farmer instantly.
Digital gate pass generation
Upon consignment approval, a unique QR code is auto-generated and linked to the vendor. Security personnel scan the QR at the facility gate for contactless, real-time entry validation.
Document management
Farmers upload Aadhaar, bank passbook, and field photographs digitally. Documents are reviewed by operators with SMS notifications sent on approval or rejection.
Advaiya developed the backend using ASP.NET Web API, powering farmer registration, document management, slot booking, and gate pass generation for the platform.
Farmers across J&K, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand can now self-register, submit documents, book delivery slots, and receive digital gate passes from their mobile devices.
The solution eliminated repetitive office visits, automated SMS workflows, and gave client operations team real-time visibility into the farmer base and produce pipeline.
