EPC Project QHSE processes automation

A leading EPC organization’s quality health & safety department required automation of processes in a way that the site managers/Quality Officers should be able to report the Quality and HSE project details through mobile apps, and all inspections and audits should be centered, along with appropriate notification and approval cycle to enable effective work management and more accurate reports and dashboards for executive and managers. This included:

• Digitizing the processes like reporting observations, incidents, and training on projects.
• Enabling the mobile apps for HSE Activity Planner, Inspection Reporting, Quality Survey, Quality Activity recording,
• Ability to digitally sign the inspection and activity audit recording and auto-creation of pdfs from the information filled.
• Automated notification, approvals, and escalation for overdue activities
• Implementation of reports to track QHSE Index Score and other KPIs over the period across the project portfolio.
