Digital gate pass generation
Upon consignment approval, a unique QR code is auto-generated and linked to the vendor. Security personnel scan the QR at the facility gate for contactless, real-time entry validation.
Document management
Farmers upload Aadhaar, bank passbook, and field photographs digitally. Documents are reviewed by operators with SMS notifications sent on approval or rejection.
Advaiya developed the backend using ASP.NET Web API, powering farmer registration, document management, slot booking, and gate pass generation for the FarmPik platform.
Farmers across J&K, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand can now self-register, submit documents, book delivery slots, and receive digital gate passes from their mobile devices.
