In Series of Effective Persona Development Advaiya helped Cisco develop ‘DevOps Personas’ to help them gain more understanding of various roles (in development and operations).

The process involved identifying each DevOps role, their tasks, and responsibilities, along with the challenges associated with each role in term of buyer persona. These personas detail included roles, segments, age category, education, specialties, skills, and experience.

Advaiya also identified other important aspects for doing targeted communication like: Decision competence, Tools and technologies used, Communication  channels used to access information, their  KPIs.
