Manish

Chief Executive Officer

Manish has over 17 years of IT, technology consulting, and marketing experience. His experience spans the areas of software development, enterprise architecture, marketing, assurance, risk management, security and IT governance. Having founded Advaiya, Manish currently contributes towards shaping overall business strategy, and provides direction and vision to the organization’s various business initiatives. He has worked for engineering industries, large banks, and start-ups, contributing on various areas including marketing, business analysis, solution development and enterprise sales. He specializes in enabling individualized solution sales and has developed analysis based frameworks for allowing effective profiling and solution discovery. Manish has been involved in cloud and big-data initiatives for companies like Microsoft and Google. A practitioner of statistical analysis and systems approach, he has an evolved perspective on potential and fallibility of data-led decision making under complex contexts. Manish is a Chartered Accountant, MBA, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT. A technology professional and enthusiast, Manish is particularly interested in the ways in which technology can have a transformational impact on business. He follows the evolving enterprise architecture perspective and is involved in the architecture, design and development of technology solutions.

Dharmesh

President

Dharmesh is the President and CTO at Advaiya Solutions. Dharmesh has 15+ years of experience in various technology platforms, solution design, and project implementations. At the current role, Dharmesh enjoys analyzing the direction of technology platforms and aligning Advaiya’s initiatives to the state-of-the-art in technology and business. He focuses on developing the vision and architecture for solutions on improving enterprise productivity and consumer experiences. Dharmesh has been assisting a lot of technology start-ups like Annai Systems, Nutrition Exchange, Madai, Queport, etc., in multiple capacities – technology guidance, operations, and marketing. He has been instrumental in adopting and leveraging learnings from larger technology companies such as Microsoft and Google. Dharmesh comes from a computer science background with Master’s in technology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kanpur, where he submitted an award winning thesis on XML Technologies.

Ruchika

Chief Operating Officer

Ruchika is Advaiya’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing the company’s business operations, executing business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Ruchika is also responsible for overall brand development and marketing initiatives. In addition to that, she leads employee effectiveness team at Advaiya working across the company to establish and execute strategy for talent acquisition, performance management and compensation schemes. Prior to becoming COO in April 2015, Ruchika was Executive Director of Advaiya’s human resource department, a position she held since 2006. In this role she was instrumental in driving operational excellence through employee efficiency and effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she acquired over 16 years of experience working across aviation, textiles, engineering and technology companies. Ruchika attended the International Institute of Professional Studies, where she received her Master’s in Management Science with HRD as the subject of specialization, and received her diploma in HRD from Academy of Human Resource Department.

Will Golding

Strategy advisor

Will is Chief of Strategy at Advaiya focused on Technology Marketing. Will brings three decades of strategic marketing, brand building and sales enablement experience to all his clients. He has a noted capacity to parse through massive amounts of information and input to understand how to fix the core issues that need addressing to help businesses grow. Will’s “first” career was with the global advertising agency Leo Burnett where he grew great brands across the US and Europe while leading key client communications strategies and led the offices in Italy, Portugal and Belgium. His next career was in entrepreneurship where he started or led various smaller organizations with offers ranging from consumer products to internet services. He began his “third” career at Microsoft where he led a number of important teams and businesses including all communication for the Office system, product management for the Vision business, marketing lead for the Italian subsidiary and operations launch for all B2B products. Will is married to Jacqueline, an Australian photographer & they have two children, 23 and 19. Outside of work Will enjoys skiing, tennis, vegetable gardening, reading, slow home repairs & cooking.

Rishabh

Director of Advisory Services

Rishabh heads Nexsys business division which helps its clients enable sales by account research and analysis via account intelligence and IP rights realization. He has over 15 years of experience in providing advisory services in areas of business processes, automation, assurance, compliance and investments. Areas of his expertise include operational audits, controls design, technology spend optimization, due-diligence, public issues (IPO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He is also involved in mentoring and advising start-ups and is on the advisory board of companies in healthcare, education, manufacturing and IT. Rishabh is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary (CS), and has a Diploma in Information System Audits (DISA). An avid keyboard player and singer, Rishabh spends much of his free time on music. He also has a flair for art and is having a large personal collection of paintings by renowned artists. He has quite an active and prominent presence at business forums, community and public initiatives.

Kamlesh

Vice President

Kamlesh is a strong leader who inspires confidence, is trusted by clients and motivates his team to perform at the levels required to consistently exceed project and client expectations. He is a conceptual thinker, visual and strategically focused designer, with proven leadership abilities. At Advaiya, Kamlesh leads the Web and Presence team in the concept development and execution of corporate identity design, printed assets, visual design across websites, events, exhibits, digital media campaigns, and merchandising. Kamlesh has got extensive understanding of marketing and branding objectives, unique customer needs, and the value of effective communication. He considers himself one of the lucky few; doing what he loves. He applies his problem solving skills to seemingly intractable problems apart from work too, as he believes that expertise in one industry don’t impede you from applying your talents in totally different sphere.

Vikram

Director, Practice

Vikram is a technology enthusiast and he believes a good cup of coffee makes everything better. He has got extensive experience in designing and developing information systems and managing business processes and projects in hyper growth companies. He has worked with organizations in consulting, and manufacturing sectors where he has held responsibilities in security, assurance and quality management systems. Vikram joined Advaiya in 2007 as a Senior Principal bringing in world-class strategies and practical experience in establishing successful business. His chase for excellence, passion for technology and commitment towards customer satisfaction are the driving forces behind his career in Advaiya. Trained and Certified Six Sigma black-belt, Certified Amazon Associate Architect and Microsoft Certified Professional, Vikram is currently pursuing his interests in nexus of forces including Cloud, Mobile, Social, Enterprise Architecture and emerging technologies. He attended Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University, where he received his MBA in Marketing and Finance.

Virendra

Director, Practice

Virendra is Director, Practice at Advaiya, responsible for managing software engineering and product development teams. He is a proficient information systems professional with proven record of accomplishments as System Analyst along with project management and leadership capabilities. Since joining Advaiya in 2006, Virendra has been instrumental in managing and scaling innovation, development and productivity of Advaiya’s software engineering division. Under his leadership, Advaiya has released powerful solutions in the areas of Enterprise Project Management, SharePoint, applications development, enterprise cloud, security, mobile and devices. Virendra has a passion for technology and business, a blend that reflects his drive for customer focused innovation. Microsoft Certified Professional Virendra has earned his Master’s degree in Computer Applications from M.B.M. Engineering College, J.N.V. University.

Swati

Principal

Swati has spent most of her career programming codes and she has found that all these years in software development still hasn’t diminished her love of writing code. As a founding member of Advaiya, she has been instrumental in leading development initiatives, establishing innovative processes and successfully executing large-scale projects to meet client needs. Swati possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities and takes keen interest in all aspects of a project lifecycle management from requirements analysis to architecture, design, implementation and closure. She attended the University Institute of Technology, RGPV where she received her Master’s in Computer Applications Degree. She is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Enterprise Project Management. She also has received a number of recognition’s at Advaiya.

Kamal

Principal

Kamal is a Principal at Advaiya, where he has worked with clients in an array of industries in areas such as complex systems delivery, infrastructure services, security, architecture, and IT strategy. Earlier in his career at Advaiya, he has played key roles as Technical Consultant, Architect, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Developer. Over these years, Kamal has gained experience working on Microsoft and other ALM tools and technologies to visualize, develop, and implement solutions. Kamal has a wealth of experience in developing innovative and robust technology solutions in response to business objectives. Integral to his success, is his ability to think beyond conventional solutions for a compelling, market-relevant output for the client. He has received his Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences.
