We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit,
TestNG, or similar. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand the application architecture and
create effective test strategies. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised by new
changes. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
