Will is Chief of Strategy at Advaiya focused on Technology Marketing. Will brings three decades of strategic marketing, brand building and sales enablement experience to all his clients. He has a noted capacity to parse through massive amounts of information and input to understand how to fix the core issues that need addressing to help businesses grow.
Will’s “first” career was with the global advertising agency Leo Burnett where he grew great brands across the US and Europe while leading key client communications strategies and led the offices in Italy, Portugal and Belgium. His next career was in entrepreneurship where he started or led various smaller organizations with offers ranging from consumer products to internet services.
He began his “third” career at Microsoft where he led a number of important teams and businesses including all communication for the Office system, product management for the Vision business, marketing lead for the Italian subsidiary and operations launch for all B2B products.
Will is married to Jacqueline, an Australian photographer & they have two children, 23 and 19. Outside of work Will enjoys skiing, tennis, vegetable gardening, reading, slow home repairs & cooking.
