Advaiya developed Power BI dashboards and reports for the client to provide faster and better insights into their human resources data. The client wanted to visualize headcount statistics, and similar HR metrics on a single interface and reduce dependency on a large number of operational reports.
Advaiya, leveraging data related to headcount, finance, and internal Azure usage from multiple sources including SSAS cubes and SQL queries from SQL Server, developed a Power BI dashboard, and Excel reports using Power Pivot Data Model. Advaiya also helped the client gain deeper insights into the technical seller roles’ growth trends and attrition using custom analysis.
