  • Digi Seva Kendra (DSKs) operate as service centers that offer a wide range of digital services to electricity consumers.
  • These centers handle customer requests for new connections and changes to existing connections through multiple platforms, including the website, mobile app, CRM, and chatbot.
  • Change requests include load adjustments (both increase and decrease), name changes, and category changes (also both upgrade and downgrade).
