AA Asphalting LLC one of the largest asphalt and concrete restoration company in the Pacific Northwest wanted an assessment of and recommendation for enhancing the use of technology to help make their business more productive. The overall assessment and recommendation was divided into three areas as:-

  • Technology Use, Licensing, and Cost: Options and associated costs for AA Asphalting’s software licensing needs to aggregate information & data, implement productivity solutions and move identified data and processes to a cloud platform.

  • Managing Work Order Billing and Payment: Process for do the billing of the work order that has been done which includes the price for tools, cost of the resource. Also, need a process to do the payment of the resource, vendor for the work and purchase product.

  • Order, Invoicing, Reporting, Bank payments, Budget & Fixed Asset: System to handle daily Invoice and order, a record where they can see all the bank payment done. Flexibility to handle the Budget and Fixed asset for the company. Reporting method in which whenever some data required, they can take out the data as per there needs.
