Advaiya designed an integrated governance workflow to ensure seamless orchestration of processes and information flow. The client wanted the architecture design & deployment of Microsoft EPM 2010 and ALM (TFS) solution.
A custom interface application was developed for mapping EPM and TFS projects together in EPM and ALM. We also designed dashboards for integrated views on project portfolios and resources details.
