We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive at Advaiya, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualification and Skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Microsoft technology services.
  • Experience of working with SMBs and enterprise clients.
  • Experience with client relationship building and management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A successful track record exceeding revenue goals and quotas for services.
