We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in on-premises implementations and proficiency in ADX (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance domain, understanding its unique requirements and challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics Implementation: Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, focusing on on-premises deployments. This includes requirement gathering, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support.
- ADX Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in ADX (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) to harness customer data effectively for insights and actionable intelligence.
- Utilize ADX to optimize customer engagement strategies and enhance business processes within the insurance domain.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with the specific needs and workflows of insurance organizations.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom entities to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM/365 as per business requirements.
- Integration and Data Migration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other business systems and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
- Lead data migration efforts to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to Microsoft Dynamics implementations promptly.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of Microsoft Dynamics applications and features.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics technologies, particularly in the on-premises environment and ADX.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing implementations.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementations, with a focus on on-premises deployments.
- Proficiency in ADX (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) is essential.
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain, including its business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, including but not limited to custom entities, workflows, plugins, and forms.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and SSIS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration) are a plus.
