We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design concepts into functional mobile experiences.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable code structures to support the long-term growth and evolution of our mobile applications.
- Optimize performance and ensure the stability of mobile applications across different devices and platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the development team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development, and continuously improve our development processes and methodologies.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating external services.
- Solid knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in leading mobile development projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
