Experience: 2-5 Years
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong
ERP background to drive our implementation and migration projects. The candidate must possess
excellent communication, engagement, and presentation skills, coupled with good business analysis
and project management capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end implementations of ERP systems, including scoping, requirements gathering,
gap analysis, and design. - Ensure proper project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate these into system
requirements. - Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans and
solutions using Microsoft Business Applications like Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power
Platform. - Analyze business needs, identify solutions, and recommend best practices.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, functional specifications, and
acceptance criteria. - Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget
delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear
communication on project status, timelines, and deliverables throughout all phases of project
delivery. - Engage with end-users to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide
necessary support and guidance. - Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any
risks or issues and proposing mitigation strategies. - Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
- Develop user guides, co-ordinate and deliver training or workshops for both internal and external
stakeholders. - Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies by addressing resistance and
ensuring effective change management and user engagement initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft
365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. - Work with clients from various regions and ensure effective communication across geographies
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field (B. Tech, M.
Com, CA, MBA, or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of project management experience with ERP or IT projects and a solid
understanding of enterprise business processes. - Experience managing at least 3 full-cycle ERP implementation projects as a project manager.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, and
Supply Chain Management, or similar solutions. - Proven experience in managing ERP projects through the entire lifecycle with strong problemsolving skills.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting standards applied in ERP systems. A
financial background is a plus. - Basic understanding of business processes like Prospect to quote, Order to cash, Procure to pay,
Project to profit, Acquire to dispose, Case to resolution, Plan to produce, etc. - Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Proven ability to coordinate and conducts project status meetings, presentations, follow-up
reports, sending out of agendas and meeting minutes for business stakeholders. - Experience with project and work management software, including MS Project, Project for web,
Visio, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions
clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with multiple
stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to enhance operational efficiency through the successful implementation of
technology-driven solutions. - PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Certifications related to ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with
stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering presentations, conducting workshops, and facilitating training sessions.
- Willingness to travel to different customer locations as needed.
