Role overview
The site reliability engineer (SRE) Lead is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. This role provides technical leadership across 24×7 operations, drives automation and reliability best practices, and works closely with engineering, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver highly available and resilient systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers delivering 24×7 production support.
- Define and execute the site reliability engineering (SRE) strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in reliability, incident response, automation, and deployment practices.
- Own incident management processes including escalation, resolution, post-mortems, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with application, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end operational stability.
- Establish and maintain automation frameworks for monitoring, patching, scaling, and deployments.
- Ensure high availability and performance of Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, App Services, and AKS.
- Architect and manage observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and Azure DevOps to ensure secure and reliable releases.
- Manage multi-subscription Azure environments across development, staging, and production.
- Oversee patching, certificate renewals, DNS operations, backups, and complex networking issues.
- Collaborate with security teams to manage SOC and SIEM alerts, vulnerability remediation, and PAM operations.
- Drive FinOps practices, cloud cost reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead change advisory board (CAB) processes, support release cycles, and ensure rollback and pre-deployment validations.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Production Support, including leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS, networking, and storage.
- Deep understanding of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and reliability engineering best practices.
- Proven expertise in incident response, production issue management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with cloud security practices including SOC operations, SIEM alerts, vulnerability management, and access controls.
- Exposure to FinOps, cloud cost optimization, budgeting, and reporting.

The technical lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of client-facing digital solutions while providing strong hands-on leadership across full-stack engineering teams. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, planning, and technical matters.

Role overview
The business analyst / project manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ERP and Microsoft Business Applications projects. This role works closely with clients and internal technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensure structured project delivery, and drive successful adoption through effective governance, communication, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP systems including scoping, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Lead structured project planning activities including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and governance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with technical teams to convert business requirements into actionable delivery plans using Microsoft Business Applications.

- Envision and plan projects, monitor progress, review team contributions, and conduct structured project meetings.

Role overview
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of applications and cloud infrastructure during night shifts. The position focuses on proactive monitoring, incident response, deployment support, and first-level remediation while collaborating closely with SRE, platform, development, and security teams to maintain operational stability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using dashboards and alerts, and identify performance, availability, capacity, and security issues.
- Respond to alerts from monitoring tools, SOC, and SIEM during night shifts and perform first-level analysis as per runbooks.
- Act as the primary responder for night-shift incidents and escalate critical or unresolved issues to Level Three SREs or on-call engineers with proper context.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Execute approved remediation actions such as service restarts, scaling, configuration updates, and cleanup activities.
- Monitor and manage Azure resources including VMs, App Services, and AKS, and validate application health after deployments or fixes.
- Perform log analysis, standard log cleanup, certificate expiry checks, DNS health checks, and backup verification.
- Monitor Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipelines, perform initial troubleshooting of deployment failures, and support scheduled deployments.
- Acknowledge and triage security alerts from CSPM, SOC, and SIEM tools and apply predefined remediation steps.
- Maintain accurate incident records, update runbooks and knowledge base articles, prepare shift handover notes, and contribute to post-incident analysis.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Two to four years of experience in production support, cloud operations, or site reliability engineering (SRE) or DevOps roles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services including Virtual Machines, App Services, and foundational AKS concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights, Azure Log Analytics, or Grafana.
- Foundational understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools including Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Linux and Windows server troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow runbooks, standard operating procedures, and escalation protocols.
- Strong communication skills for incident coordination and handovers.
