Great Place to Work® Institute have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace: trust. It should be mentioned that the certification scrutiny process is a tough one and involves anonymous feedback received from employees working in the organization. Great Place to Work® Institute surveyed employees at Advaiya and gathered information directly from them to make the assessment. The scoring is based on the responses from employees on how trustworthy, caring, and fair the company is and how supportive it is with respect to employees' physical, emotional, and financial health.
