DQ: What were the major challenges the company has faced till now?

The most significant problems we have when we work on bespoke data infrastructure, apps, analytics, and insights solutions for a range of distinct business contexts are identifying the right roadmap, proper communication, and stakeholder buy-in. These appear as fiscal limits, a scarcity of resources, and a slow rate of adoption. As a result, the Advaiya strategy has grown to include extensive stakeholder interaction, the creation of composable architectures, and enhanced support.

DQ: How is your company helping customers deliver relevant business outcomes through the adoption of the company’s technology innovations?

Manish Godha: Advaiya’s core business results for its customers are better decision making, enhanced customer experience, increased business efficiency, and technology-led innovation. These include enabling data-driven organizations, facilitating customer journeys from presence to digital transactions to relationship and service management, automation via business application platforms, and enabling the adoption of new technologies such as cloud, AI/ML, and intelligent automation.

These are delivered through a combination of business analytics, applications, and cloud technology. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we specialize in the customized deployment of business applications, analytics, and cloud services using Microsoft Dynamics365, Microsoft365, Power Platform, Sitecore, and Azure.

DQ: What are some of the worries that organizations have before implementing analytics?

Manish Godha: Any analytics program in a business must evaluate data quality, relevance, compliance, and security considerations. Data quality is a complex issue that encompasses data availability, redundancy, connectivity, timeliness, and reliability. As a result, companies must assess diverse data sources, including their completeness, harmonization, and identification of credible masters for critical entities, among other things.

Importantly, data analytics activities must be relevant, that is, they must be aimed at and focused toward carefully determined meaningful business goals. Compliance with privacy, localization, access, and confidentiality standards, as well as security considerations, must be established and ensured.
