This 1-week implementation includes the deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards created to meet your specific industry and organizational needs. The dashboards and reports will use SharePoint and Project Online as sources and will include insights across your portfolio and resources pool. The details are as below:
Agenda
Day 1
- Leveraging Project Online tables such as Resource Assignments, Projects, Tasks, Issues and other tables to finalize the top 5 reports
- Identify and connect to the SharePoint site collections to be used to author the reports and dashboards
- Draft of the report and dashboard design
Day 2 – 3
- Data Consolidation & Normalization
- Reports Development
- Finalize the dashboard structure
Day 4
- Deliver pre-final reports for review
- Walk-through pre-final reports and dashboards
- Collect feedback and make updates to the reports and dashboards.
Day 5
- Finalize and update reports and dashboards
- Package the dashboard and reports and manage permissions
- Final delivery of reports & sign off
