Tech Audience Marketing for Microsoft Office

Advaiya helped Microsoft in producing an integrated marketing strategy for their OEM partners, and developing measurable campaigns aligning with that strategy to engage their target audience and accelerate MS Office sales.

The strategy and respective artifacts were developed to encourage recent purchasers of PCs from consumer and commercial industries to buy Office – which, for whatever reason, they did not purchase at the time of getting their new PC. We identified key personas, their pain points, needs and behavior, and developed artifacts driving their interest in Microsoft Office.  Our audience-centric content artifacts included -  emailers, banner ads, Telesales script, and more, for each persona scenario combination.
